Lamb sliders with cucumber, radish and mint salad

Ingredients

 Portion Size: 8oz
Alternate cuts: Any ground Aussie lamb cut

3 pounds trimmed, ground Aussie lamb
3 cups spiced yogurt sauce
2 cups cucumber, radish and mint salad
6 slider buns

Method

For the lamb: Form lamb to desired sized patty. Cook on a flat top or saute pan to desired doneness.

For salad: Combine sliced cucumber and radish with chopped mint and season to taste.

To plate: Toast slider bun. Place a slider on each bun and spread mint yogurt on the top bun. Top the slider with salad and serve.
